Yep, that's the difference between when I started, and this past Saturday! This is what a 62 pound weight loss on a five foot, 1 3/4 inch 58 year old, post-menopausal woman looks like! LOL
Here was the difference in 40 pounds...

Sunny, I'm 53, and lost 60 pounds on South Beach 2 years ago, but got off track during the holidays last year and have gained back 15 pounds. I love your positive attitude, and your success is so inspiring - you look great. It's the kick in the pants I needed to get back to work!!
